Has anyone got any contacts with purveyors of either bacon or eggs or both? We are looking for mates rates here - not freebies. As the fair is early this year, straight after 8am Mass, we are thinking a soft roll stuffed with a freshly fried egg and crispy bacon with a Merlo coffee will have some appeal!
